  4. So glad you've added someone that may stick around and give you your days off again. Hope the weather keeps cooperating for those rides. We are in Eugene for a couple days and then to Carl Washburn and our assignment at Heceta Lighthouse.

  8. Looks like we will miss each other in Moab. We will be there probably the first three weeks in April. We'll do lots of blogs so you know where to hike! We have seen all these parks before as we rode through on motorcycle trips. We are now back for a full visit to each park in southern Utah. Which RV park are working at in Moab?

Do you trailer the motorcycles? I see you don't have a toy hauler.

Many diseases are caused when our body is not in the correct balance.

Nowadays, maintaining a balance with our busy lifestyles can be quite challenging. The quality of foods, a variety of diets and supplements can be overwhelming.

What we need first and foremost is a balanced diet that is more alkaline than acidic. That way our organs will function properly, and our skeletal health will remain strong.

Nature has provided us with a humble little seed, the quinoa, which is a powerhouse of nutrients. Queens Quinoa- Grain & Flour is the first naturally grown grain that can help us to maintain an excellent health.
