We just started our new workamping job today...
... and our other partner workampers left today!!
REALLY???
For those of you who have been following our blog... you may remember that this happened to us at our last workamping job. 3 TIMES!!
So we will do what we can... and see how it goes.
We don't know yet what exactly they will be asking of us.

Seems like 'those' workcampers don't have a very good work ethic... Let the Brights do it...

ReplyDeleteWe feel life is too short for us to hang around at places that are not what we expected. We have been doing this 10 years now and have finally decided not to stay where we are not having fun and some places just do not allow fun to be part of work. We have HIGH work ethics but staying someplace when things were not told upfront or lied about or slightly exaggerated does not sit well with us any longer. There are too many great places to work that we enjoy ourselves and are appreciated to waste someplace that is not a good fit for us. Even if we leave, we gave our all while we were there and that is enough for us! There are ALWAYS two sides to every story, be careful to judge until you have been in their shoes!
ReplyDeleteI hope my post didn't sound like I was judging them... because I don't. In fact from what they told us and from what we see, they had good reason for leaving. My point is... this keeps happening to us and puts us in a tough situation.
DeleteOh for heaven's sake. Are you two sure you aren't chasing them away...lol Really, so sorry this has happened again. Hope they get two news ones very quickly.
